Refund/Return Policy

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on the purchase.
1. Returns are permitted within 14 days.
2. Products for return must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. All packaging and seals must be
unopened, or the refund request is VOID.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all product returns. This fee will be deducted from
the final return total.
6. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Greenhouse Bliss staff
prior to returning the product. Please do not return the product until authorization is received.
This could void your return.
7. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received by Greenhouse
Bliss.
8. Greenhouse Bliss will review the returned product to check packaging and use.
9. Once the product is cleared for return, we will make every effort to handle the processing of
the refund expeditiously.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
Your satisfaction with our products is very important. All of our products are thoroughly
tested for quality, and all shipments are manually inspected and cleared before they leave our
facility. We take great care to ensure your purchase is protected during shipment.
Please check your purchase carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during
shipping. If you have a damaged product claim, you must contact us at
ask@GreenhouseBliss.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us and provide detailed
information for any product damage that may have occurred during shipment. We also accept
pictures of shipping damage with your detailed information.
